📦 Return Eligibility

  • Custom orders, personalized items, and bulk corporate orders are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or design errors (based on stock availability).
  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

💸 Refund Process

  1. Email admin@yusraaapparels.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. After approval, send the product to the return address provided.
  3. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
